About our Chapel
Do you wish to say your final farewells to your loved one in a more intimate and private environment? Our Chapel of Rest is open within normal working hours for you to spend time alone with your loved one. Exclusive parking is also available for clients to the side of the premises, which is separate to our staff area and working yard.
Our Chapel of Rest and office opening hours are:
- Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Saturday – 9.00 am – 12.00
- Sunday – Closed
Subject to a small additional cost, Chapel visits may be arranged outside of working hours. Please call and arrange in advance.
As well as our Chapel of Rest, you can also come to S. Carter & Son for other bespoke services to personalise your loved one's memorial service, including dove releases, cremation jewellery
and funeral transport.
